*Hack* *Cough* *Pa-tooey*

That's how I feel today. I'm not as weak as I was yesterday so I figured I'd come in to work. The little boss wasn't here yesterday either I found out but today she looks horrible. I really think being the boss is killing her. Day by day. She has been sick for about a month now and it doesn't seem to be getting any better. Poor little boss. She has vacation scheduled starting this afternoon and she is supposed to return on Tuesday. I hope she takes the days off and just stays home and relaxes. She's a nice boss when she's not hounding us, so I don't want her to be sick. I just want her to leave for a while. hee hee (I'm awful).

I fell asleep last night at the theater. The show was Oklahoma and started at 8pm. I heard it was a long show but I had no idea. I was hot and cold and hot and cold. One time when I was hot I took my shoes off in hopes that putting them on the cold ground would help. I had on dress socks though, so I wasn't actually touching the ground. It didn't. It just made me tired. I had visions of projectile vomiting on all the theater goers as I am trying to get out to the aisle and run to the bathroom. I was trying to think of a good exit strategy but nothing was ideal. If I had to yak, it was going to definitely be on several people. Luckily, I wasn't that sick. hee hee. I stayed awake until maybe 9 o'clock and I was out like a light. At about 9:30, one of the actors shot a cap gun and everyone started screaming. I didn't scream, I just opened my eyes. At 9:45, it was finally intermission. Ed went to the bathroom around 8:45 and then sat in the row behind me because he didn't want to cross all the people in our row. He asked how I was doing at intermission and I told him I was hot and really tired. I even cried like three tears because I didn't really want to leave the show, but I couldn't stay awake any longer and I was just feeling miserable. So we left. The good thing about leaving early is there is no line to get out of the parking garage.

I got home, took some Nyquil and woke up to a dreary, rainy, disgusting day. Back to work for me.

I've been sick lately too. I think the last bit of the flu is going around and I have it. I think someone beat me with a baseball bat while I was sleeping.

OJ is bad but helpful!

I hope you are feeling better. I understand - it's going around everywhere. Just rest a LOT until you get better.
