Movie stuff from Platinum Girl

I'm really not the best at this because I tend to fall asleep during movies. But..I just got another new DVD player because my free one broke, and I signed up to Netflix recently, so I might be ok on this survey. Here goes nothin'.

1. Total number of films I own on DVD/Video: I have about 6 on VHS. Those are ones that I taped when I had cable in college. One is actually in a cover and that's my friend Lisa's movie, Hoodlum. I'll never return it. I never finished watching it. I just joined Columbia House, so now I probably have 20 DVDs. I don't know how many of them I have watched yet, though. I bought three when I first got my dvd player -Resevoir Dogs, Gia (ugh!), and A Bronx Tale.

2. The last film I bought: The last one I got in the mail was Ray. I haven't watched it yet. I'm giving a copy to my dad for Father's Day.

3. The last film I watched: I just watched 'In the Bedroom' with Sissy Spacek and Marissa Tomei. It was ok. I thought it would be different. I did stay awake too.

4. Five films that I watch a lot or that mean a lot to me: I like The Breakfast Club. Hmm..mean a lot to me..That's tough. I don't take movies personally. I like Pulp Fiction, Shawshank Redemption, and Basic was surprisingly good. Ice Age was awesome and Shrek really hit home the first time I watched it. Only because I had to stop because Donkey reminded me of my annoying ex-boyfriend. The second time I really liked it.

I guess that's it. Happy Friday all. It's time for Happy Hour! I wish I wore cuter clothes today.
