Wednesday, Class, Work, Weekend
I can't believe it's Wednesday already. I guess it feels different because I had Monday off. Oh, Monday was so nice. I didn't take a shower. I sat around in my housecoat watching tv, filling out pharmacy stuff, and I actually vacuumed and swept the laundry room. I guess the last time I gave the bird a bath, she shook hair everywhere, because there were little tufts of hair everywhere. I even found a dead cicada. How long ago were those cicadas in town? hee hee. I only go into the laundry room to do laundry. I don't clean it, so leave me alone.
Yesterday I went to class. One of my classmates is pregnant. She's from Morrocco and her name is Safia (like Sophia). She's a skinny little thing, so I hope the pregnancy goes well for her. She is always worried about what is going to be on our final certification exam. I think we'll all be ok. The teacher has decided to host a test for us, instead of making us wait until March. That is a long wait for those that never study, and don't really know what's going on, so our teacher is hooking us up. The test is going to be on either Dec. 6 or 8, and costs 100 dollars. That's right in the middle of my Christmas funds, but I'll find a way to get the money. I have been spending a lot on applying to pharm. schools, those Ipods, the massages, getting to NYC for Thanksgiving, etc.. I am feeling a little poor, but I'll survive.
I have been working on such stupid stuff lately. I finally finished my autoclave studies, but now I have an SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) that I was routing for my coworker that left. It was great when she was routing it, but now that she's gone, everyone has changes and corrections to make. The worst part is that I'm going to have to end up signing my name to it, and there's a spot where YB signed it and now when I reroute it, his space will be left blank. Let's take a moment. Sometimes, the stupidest stuff here takes so long. The best part is that no one cares. They'll make me change all this stuff on cleaning the equipment, when you know full well, no one will be cleaning the outside of it. Give me a break. Enough about work-it's too early for that.
In other news, I have no plans for the weekend. I'm excited about that. I love doing nothing. Maybe Ed will surprised me and invite me somewhere. I kind of want to go to DC and check out the museums. Funkybee inspired me.
