Should I Overshare?

I've been wanting to write something for the past couple days, but it's not very pleasant. I mean, it's not bad, and it's not good. It's just something that I'm excited/amazed about.

I guess I'll take a vote. If you are interested in my silly, little, oversharing moment, speak now or forever hold your peace.

I rode into work today and it was probably between 40-45 degrees. My face was frozen. Luckily, YB and Spacebrain had the coffee ready for me. I don't know if you have ever suffered from having a frozen face, but it's really a weird feeling. You can't really talk and your lips feel like big saucers. It's weird. I'm happy I rode though. I'm always in a much better mood when I ride. I guess it's the adrenaline rush you get from almost getting run over by every other vehicle on the road.

That reminds me. On Sunday, when Ed and I were coming back from VA, we were in the right hand lane of a two lane "highway." It's not really a highway, maybe a pike. I'm not sure. The people merging in had a yield sign. A young guy and his girlfirend, driving an MR2, came up in the merge area. They hardly looked back and they squeezed in between Ed and me. I slowed down because I had a feeling he was going to squeeze in (I'm such a defensive driver). There was a light ahead, and it was red. I pulled up next to the girl, and said to the guy 'You know, you're not the only vehicle on the road.' I think the girl was freaking out. The guy stammered and said "uh..I saw him." I said "Yeah, but if you had looked, you would've seen me too! Watch out for motorcycles!!!" The light turned green, and they totally sped off. I guess I scared them, but look at my picture. I couldn't scare a fly. :) I hope he looks out for motorcycles next time he's trying to show off to his girl.
