I'm So Mean at Work

First, I told my cubicle neighbor that YB calls him 'fathead.' HA!!HA!! We all got a laugh out of that one. A few people in my office area were measuring their heads with a measuring tape. It was odd, but funny.

Second, we had birthday lunch yesterday for the little boss, me and YB (his is the 27th). I invited everyone in our office area minus the two new project managers. They are not part of "us", and I will not invite them anywhere. I even invited cheater girl and although I don't necessarily like her, she's part of the group. She didn't show up for lunch.

After lunch she walked by my desk and YB was standing in front of my desk. I said "We missed you at lunch cgirl", and she said 'That's ok.' YB made a silly face and I started laughing. I said 'that's ok? What kind of answer is that? It doesn't even make sense.' Then I just kept laughing. Engineer guy (the one that supposedly likes me) told me later on that night that I was being pretty mean when I started laughing at her. I said 'Well, I invite her to lunch, she doesn't show up and then can't even answer appropriately when I tell her we missed her at lunch. Who cares? I'm not inviting her next time.' hee hee. I wonder how people stand me.
