Training This Week

I'm not going to be around much because I have training for work down the street this week. It's actually been going well. We ran an autoclave cycle yesterday, and the training class is for Validating a Steam Sterilizer and F,D, and z values. I know, you have no idea what I'm talking about, so I'm done talking about it. No hotties in class, unfortunately, and one kid said 'worser' instead of worst. That was funny.

The little boss told me she is putting in her notice today or tomorrow. She did tell me if I want a new job I can let her know, and she'll see what she can do. I think I'll hang out on the sinking ship a little while longer. Unbelievable. We have a new big boss coming in on Monday and I am really dreading it. Now with the little boss gone, there is no buffer between me, my coworker, and the big boss. Our department will have a whopping total of 2 people. It's going to suck, big time. One good thing is that I might become manager. Then I'll be the buffer. If I can be the buffer with a pay raise, I'll consider it. We'll see what happens. I like being a worker bee. I can yell or be mean to whoever I want right now, and that works in my favor.
