Vacation Time

Aaah..two of my favorite words.
This is the big weekend of my friend's wedding, so I won't be around until Tuesday. Well, maybe Monday night. We'll see how things go.

I hope to complete my AMA "Up, Down and All Around" tour this weekend. I'm not sure what non-adjacent state to MD I will complete, but the plan is either to do NJ, MA, or CT. Rhode Island is looking pretty easy, so I might just end up doing that one, but I'll let you know when I return. Don't worry. I'll take pictures.

I had visions today of me riding in my bridesmaid dress from the reception to the hotel, but that would mean I can't drink. I wouldn't mind that much, except for the fact that I'd be pretty miserable hanging out for 5 hours (or whatever it is) until it's over. So...no pictures of me riding in a ball gown. HA! hee hee. That thought is so funny.

Have a great and safe Labor Day, and keep your prayers going for the people in New Orleans and surrounding areas. I might have to find the number for the SPCA down there and give 50 bucks or something. I've been slacking on my charitable contributions, and I'd rather help the animals. They need love too.
