Hug A Veteran Day!

Happy Veteran's Day everyone. If you happen to know or see one, give them a hug and say 'thanks for protecting my freedom!' Although, you really should do that all the time, today is a good excuse to hug strange men. If they are in uniform, you get double points. hee hee. If it's your dad, 0 points because you should hug him all the time.

I weighed myself on the work scale today and I weighed 124. Last time I weighed myself (I think last week sometime), I was 126. I am usually checking in at 128/129. YB told me that the scale is one of the most accurate in our building, so I guess it can't be wrong. I'm wearing my beige corduroy pants today and they felt a little big when I put them on this morning. That's why I wanted to hit the scale once I got to work. I have been eating yogurt in the morning, and drinking orange juice like it's my job. Maybe that is causing me to lose weight. I'm not sure. I'm not really trying though, I just noticed it. I hope I don't lose too much more because all my clothes from my shopping spree in Feb. will be too big for me. I guess I'll just have to buy some belts or something.

I am planning on going to a place called Hot Pots tomorrow. It's a paint your own pottery place. I'm cheaping out on gifts this year, and giving from the heart. I'm trying to get a head start on the Christmas rush because I like the assistance that the helpers give you if no one is in the store. I am SO selfish. hee hee. Anyway, I will probably make some dog bowls for my sister's dogs, and see what else they have that they would like. Handmade gifts are so cool.

Sunday it's supposed to be about 70 degrees. I might take a short ride somewhere to watch some football. I haven't decided yet. I also thought about buying a rake and raking some of the leaves that have fallen in my yard. I'm the person that never cleans up their leaves. I don't own a rake. The wind usually blows them away I guess. The only reason why I'm considering a rake is because they are so crunchy and fun right now. Jemma would have fun outside playing with the leaves too. I think.
