Thursday Randoms

Aaahhh...I'm refreshed and feeling happy today.

I don't know if I ever mentioned this, but I ended up getting that monogrammed sweater from JCrew. I wore it once, and the second time I wore it, I noticed there was a hole on the chest/lapel area. So..I took it back to the mall and they tailored it for me. That was in early March. I just picked it up yesterday and it looks great. Too bad it's getting warm. I'm sure there will be another cool day at some point and I'll break it out.

I also went to Sephora and had the makeup lady help me find a new lipgloss. Well, a lipgloss period. I usually wear Lipmedex or DCT (whatever). So..I wanted something shiny and luscious. I ended up buying Becca brand (?) and the color is champagne. It looks plain on my lips, but it has some shine to it. YB and Spacebrain approved. Spacebrain said it looks like wax. That's a thumbs up in my book.

How can one girl LOVE Paul Newman so much? I love him. I got home around 5:40 this morning and instead of going to the gym, I went downstairs and started watching 'The Sting.' It's an old movie with Paul Newman and Robert Redford. They are con men. I haven't watched it all, so I can't give more details, but tonight I plan on finishing it.

The SPCA March for the Animals is this Sunday. I think I'll go to the registration, donate my money and go home. I'm sad writing this, but I don't even want to participate. I haven't talked to my sister to see if she was planning on coming down, but I hope she doesn't. I'm just not into it this time around.

Last night I watched Capote. I give it 1.5 stars. Capote's voice annoyed me the entire time, and you don't really know what his deal is. On one hand you think he might be sincere, but on the other hand he's a self-centered prick. Tough call. You heard it here. Don't blame me if you hate it. I should probably watch another movie with that Philip Seymour Hoffman guy to tell how good of an actor he is. I think I'm scarred.
