Little Women, Solo Trip, Movie Night

Last night Ed and I went to the Hippodrome to see Little Women. Neither of us were that excited about going, but we paid for the tickets, so we had to go. We got there, parked (got a great parking spot), and went inside. The scanner wouldn't give us the green light. The usher looked at the tickets and said 'Your show is next week. You can go to the box office and see if there are seats available for tonight's show if you want.' What idiots!! We decided that the seats might suck, so we left. Luckily we got our parking money back. Then we decided to head to the bar where my motorcycle friends hang out on Tuesdays. They left 10 minutes before we got there. So we were pretty much 0/2. I did eat a delicious stuffed pepper. It was a red, bell pepper stuffed with spinach, onions and fontina cheese. It has tzaziki sauce next to it. So good.

When we were at the bar, I told Ed that I was thinking about going on a solo trip this summer. His first response was 'So am I.' I was like 'Where are you going?' He said that he wanted to go to AL and FL's high point and perhaps Talledega for the Nascar race. I said 'Well, do you want to know where I'm going?' He said 'Where are you going?' I said 'I'm not sure yet. :)' HA!!HA!! He seemed so defensive about it, and was more mad than eager to find out where I was going or what I was doing. It was really weird. So..I guess I can start planning my trip. I don't know that he will really go on his solo trip, but I think it will be funny if he starts talking about it and planning for it. Just because I do something doesn't mean you have to. I hate copycats.

Another guy at work had his last day yesterday. When Gabby and I were walking out she said 'Have a wonderful life.' The guy started laughing. Gabby was being honest. We'll never see or talk to him again, it was just funny how she said that.

I'm not sure if I'm going to movie night tonight. I actually have three movies to take if I do go: "The Crying Game" (Ed's recommendation), "Just Like Heaven" (Krystyn and Freebird's recommendation), and "The School of Rock" (Ed's SIL's recommendation). I bet Mr. High Society will have something pretentious to watch.
