Shock and Awe

Lunch with my cousin was fun. He works at the library downtown and gave me the big tour. I had never been in that library before, and it is pretty nice. I could probably spend hours in there. Guess who I saw? Crazy Erin's husband. He was walking around looking for books. I told my cousin that I knew him, but I had to hide, and we kind of spied on him. I told him that he is probably homeless now. My cousin said that tons of homeless people hang out in the library becuase it's open until 8:30 and it's air conditioned. I never really thought about that. Crazy Erin's husband does not look like a guy that would be on drugs, but I guess you never can tell.

My cousin was telling me all these deep dark secrets that are floating around in my family. I had no idea. I have a really large extended family, so I guess it's possible, it's just really surprising to hear all that stuff. I think my jaw will stay in the dropped position for a while. OH, and he said that my dad is always really secretive about me too. My cousin thought that I would be either all tatted and pierced up or I'm a go-go dancer in some nightclub somewhere. I told him to go with the private dancer role. I like that better and you can see that I don't have a lot of tattoos, so it's no fun being the tattoo lady.

So far he likes Baltimore, and I'm glad. His coworkers seem nice, and so far so good. He still has to work on his credit, but in the meantime he's doing ok.
