Don't See The Grudge
On Saturday afternoon, I went to see the movie "The Grudge" with Ed. I was nervous about going because it was my first scary movie in the theatre. I don't really like scary movies because I can't really enjoy them. I sit on the edge of my seat waiting to get scared by every creaky door, and cat meowing behind a closet.
This movie was Rated PG13. I should have known then that it wasn't going to be that scary. A group of 6 teenaged girls sat next to us in the row, and they were giggling and screaming the entire time. I haven't been to the movies in forever, and I guess those girls are always at the movies, but they convinced me not to go back anytime soon. They were just really, really, annoying.
Needless to say, the movie just wasn't very good. It just ended and nothing really exciting or scary happened. It was a very simple story, which is good, I guess, but there was just something missing. I was ready to throw popcorn at people, and scream and yell and hide my eyes. Most of the time, I was laughing or just chomping on my candy until the next scary part came along. I wouldn't recommend this movie. I give it two thumbs down.

Well Peachy, SMG stars in that one and I expect I'll buy it when it's out on DVD. Maybe I'll like it, maybe I won't, but as long as Sarah is in it, I'm there.
