Trouble in Paradise
I have been reading other blogs here and there, and I think it's interesting that people share these writings with their boyfriends, significant others, family etc..I think of this as my space. I don't really care who reads it (that doesn't know me), but I don't really get into specific specifics about my life because I don't want certain people to know certain things about me in case things do get into the wrong hands. I think of this as my little place on the internet where I can talk about what I want and when I want. People may comment, but it's certainly not going to affect my life in the long run. I definitely think about what's been said, and perhaps even contemplate, but honestly-whatever. You have your opinions and I have mine.
Maybe you think I am a sad individual that thinks that I have so many secrets that I don't want others to be let into my private world, but that's the way it works. If I wanted the world to know everything about me, I'd share it. Otherwise, I will keep it inside my own head or in another little place on the internet. I guess I'm just not that open.

There's nothing wrong with secrets. There's nothing wrong with speaking your mind either. The hard part is in learning when to do which...
My blog is my little private space too. I'm a pretty open person, and there aren't a lot of secrets in my life. But I will say that sometimes it's nice to have a safe, private place to share thoughts & fleeting emotions (aka rants) without the concern that others will see/read and take offense. Because while I am open, there are some people do not deserve to have all of that info. :)
