Fake Eyelashes
I was watching tv last night and I saw a commercial showing voluminous eyelashes because of some fancy mascara. I always wondered how they make the women's eyelashes 5X thicker. I realized that it's probably fake eyelashes. I have now decided that I want them. I know they used to sell them in CVS when I worked there in college, so I'm sure they still have them, but I don't know anything about them. Can I sleep in them? Will I look really different? Ok, anyone that has used them is going to have to pipe up, and fill me in. I think I'll wear them for my friend's wedding. HA!!HA!! That gives me 10 months to practice putting them on, and not having my fingers superglued to my eyelashes.

I love fake eyelashes. My hand is no where near steady enough to stick lashes to my own eyelid, otherwise I'd walk around with ridiculously long eyelashes and my jeans & a sweater. But they are all the rage, and you can have them applied at a salon, so you don't have to practice, if you'd rather. I think that would be lots of fun for a wedding. I just have no idea how to remove them!
fake eyelashes are fun! i'm a complete tard when it comes to applying any sort of makeup and i didn't really have any trouble with it... well, i did the second time. but that's just because i was completely PLASTERED. but when i'm sober, it's easy. and it's easy to take off.
you should play around with it.... i love when they're on. looks like the eyelashes i should've been born with, damn it!
I knew you guys could help me! I'm confident I can apply and wear them now. How do you get them off, seriously?
I'll swing by the store tonight and pick some up. Tomorrow I'll play a trick on YB and see if he notices. maybe I should buy mascara to make them look even better. This is going to be fun.
don't put extra mascara on them. they don't need it. they'll look bad.
and you just pull them off. it doesn't hurt. it's not like it's superglue or anything. the trick is, you have to put enough on them so you don't have to worry about them, but not so much that it looks weird.
You won't be able to trick YB, I hear he wears fake eyelashes himself.
I didn't get a chance to get by the store.
YB does have nice eyelashes. I'll see if he can show me how to apply them. That would give it away. hee hee.
