Queen of Electricity
I can't write a lot because I have to get ready to start my day.
I just wanted to share that I installed my digital thermostat last night. I called an electrician because Ed's dad was having troubles the night before, but the electrician canceled and I didn't want to be without heat for the entire weekend. So, as soon as I got home from work I decided to read the instructions and keep the lights on until I had to cut everything off, and it worked!
It's so nice having this thermostat. It's supposed to make a difference in my bill (we'll see), but so far so good. YAY ME!!

Well done - I doubt if I could have done it! (Well, I could have done, but there would have been alot of swearing at it for not working first...)
Congratulations! I get a great sense of accomplishment when I put something together. So literally, more power to you.

You guys could do it, just read the directions and don't turn off the electricity until you have to. On Thursday, Ed's dad was working with only a flashlight and his eyes aren't the greatest.
I treated myself to dinner Friday night too. :)
