A day in my life
Dearest Coworker,
If you knew the machines have a maximum setting of 10 minutes (did you know that?), why wouldn’t you tell me this so that I could’ve changed it in the protocol. Now, Jana tells me that in order to test for 15 minutes, each has to be run at 10 minutes and then again at 5 minutes. Do you want to overwork your people? That makes absolutely no sense at all to have someone stand there for 10 minutes, and then reset the machine and run it again for 5. I have told Jana to just run the study at 10 minute intervals and I’ll make a deviation. If someone has a problem with it, it’s coming back to you. Just wanted to let you know that it’s imperative for you to read and understand the protocols that you sign off on. If you don’t understand, ask somebody. It makes things a heck of a lot easier for those that are doing the work.
This is an email I sent yesterday, and yes I got in trouble for writing it because my tone is not one of friendliness EVER. Enjoy being me for a moment, everyone.
