An Update on Cgrl and Cguy for YB

For those that don't know the story, YB has posted several updates on his blog about this girl and guy that work in our department. They think they are having a secret love affair that no one knows about, but we all do. Sad, but true. No one has said anything to them though. I think we would just rather gossip. Today YB was out sick, so I was on patrol. (I think I did a fairly good job.) Here goes:

So YB was out, the little boss was out (that's our boss) and the girl that sits next to Cgirl (that's cheater girl) was out. The little boss, cgirl and, we'll call her other girl, all sit on the same row of cubicles. Cguy sits across the cube from other girl. They share a wall. I sit way down from cguy, but across from the little boss, and YB sits in an office at the end of the hallway. Yb's a snob with an office. hee hee.

The engineer guys (I know he's mentioned them before) are very busy this week because of shutdown, and Spacebrain (who shares an office with YB) is also busy with the shutdown, so basically it was just me and the cheaters. Well, I emailed everyone around 8 that the little boss was out sick today. Apparently that opened the floodgates.

I went to make my coffee and I heard cguy and cgirl whispering in cgirl's cube. I guess they were together talking about something. It's hard for me to sneak a peek because she has that mirror on her computer to see who walks by and I KNOW she looks at it often. So I made my coffee and left. Well, Cguy didn't leave the office until about 10a. They were probably mad that I was just sitting at my desk all day, but that's what I do best, so too bad for them. They can have their rendezvous elsewhere!

I went out to lunch with the engineer guys and when we came back, around 1, they were together again. Well, engineer guys and I were chatting it up about them at lunch, so it was hilarious that they were together again. There was no reason for me to go to that side because my friend other girl and the little boss were out, so I couldn't even fake the funk. I wouldn't be surprised if she blew him at some point during the day. I'm so focused on blogging and goofing off, that I tend to block everything out. I'm sorry I don't have anything better to report, but that was my day hanging with the cheaters. YB..hurry back!!!
