I'm Lame

I have nothing to say today. Everyone's pictures for HNT were excellent. I like Thursdays in blogland. Everyone is so happy to see everyone else. It's a great day.

I'm wearing a new, white, vneck tshirt today and I don't think I like it. I try to like white, but it just doesn't fit me. I prefer colors-green, turquoise, red, orange. White is too boring. I am surprised I haven't spilled anything on it yet, but it's still early. I think it might have to go in my goodwill pile. I don't feel comfortable in it, so that's that.

I planned out the route for the trip yesterday. Of course, Ed was being a downer, but planning made me happy. My mom said I'm just like my dad in that I could spend hours looking at a map. What's there to look at you ask? Everything. I was looking at the different city names (there is a Christmas, MI) and mileage, parks and mountains and just general points of interest. We're going to be bordering three Great Lakes along the way and that is GREAT!! I have a route in my mind that is going to be excellent. Whether that happens, is still to be determined.

Other than that, not much is going on. Tonight I have to take the bird to my parents house and do some laundry and dishes, and then make sure I have everything I need. Friday night, I'm going to watch Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid (I love the young Paul Newman I just decided), and then I will smile while I sleep because I'm so excited to get going.
