Old Person Magnet

I'm alive.
Not much has been going on. I'm still enjoying my time off, and trying to take advantage of the nice weather as well. It's been in the mid to upper 70s and sunny all week.

I don't really have much to talk about since I've been living the life of leisure. I actually requested my first unemployment check, and it should be in the mail sometime. You have to apply to two jobs a week to show that you're trying to get a job, so I've done that with no problems.

One recruiter sent me a blurb about a position in Bmore that I was qualified for. I emailed him asking what company it was, and he said 'The company wishes to remain confidential.' What kind of company would do that? MY OLD COMPANY!! One of the ladies in my moto. group also works for that recruiting company and she told me that she told him to contact me, and little did she know it was for my company. HA!!HA!! That's what is so crazy about that place. Have you ever heard of a company not telling the person to be interviewed what company might be interested in them? Absurd. No wonder we couldn't get any qualified candidates to come through and interview. It makes me laugh.

I did go to a water aerobics class yesterday. Ugh! It was so hard. It wouldn't seem like it's hard walking around in the water and moving your arms up and down, but it was. The class was at 9, so there were old people in the class. it's so funny swimming around with older people. I'm going to go back next week I think though because it was fun, and it was a good workout.

The rain gutters on my house are falling down, so I talked to one of my moto. friends and he brought me some new screws to replace the nails that were up there. He put in a couple of the screws, and I'll put in the rest probably tomorrow. Fun fun. I'm keeping busy, and I'm so happy not thinking about work.

Time for me to call Ryan and see what he's up to tonight. Not sure if we will be watching movies. I already watched the ones I was supposed to take over there: Boondock Saints and Transamerica. They were both ok. I'm going to forget that I saw them most likely.
