All I Do Is Work

I really don't have much going on.

Oh, I bought a cool, aluminum, burgundy walker for Mom-mom yesterday. I hope she likes it. Some other lady at the place has one, and she wanted one. I guess the cool people at her assisted living place have them. Mom-mom is a Jones. hee hee.

I got my bill in the mail from the courthouse in the middle of nowhere VA where I got a speeding ticket the last day of June. I guess my appeal letter didn't smell of perfume when they received it. HA! I have to pay 86 bucks. It's cheaper than going down there, spending the night, showing up for a 10 minute hearing and driving back 8 hours. I'll live. It still kind of sucks, though.

Tomorrow I actually get to run my first study. I don't know how many people remember biology and agar plates/petri dishes, but I'm doing a temperature study on a tank of agar. No one knows how hot it is, or how hot it stays before they fill the tubes, so I'm doing a test on it, and will know. The worst part is I have to be ready to start at 6:30. It takes me 1/2 hour to get to work, and then I have to set up my equipment. The good part is that I'll be able to roll out a little early. I'm excited about my project though. Yes, I am a geek and proud of it. You did see my Rocky picture, right? Ok. Stop laughing.

My unemployed brother, age, 25, is planning on moving to FL with his buddy. I guess his buddy has money because my brother doesn't have a dime. I'll believe it when he calls me with a Florida area code.

Tomorrow night is Wednesday-movie night. I'm getting a bikini wax too. I really like getting them, although it's weird when it's happening, but I like the results. The only movie I have is North by Northwest, so if no one else has anything better to watch, that's what we're watching. Unless, Ryan doesn't watch the USA/Germany basketball game at 6a tomorrow morning. We might be watching that. I wouldn't mind seeing Dwyane Wade tomorrow night.

I think that's it on this end. Maybe I'll think of a good story to tell you guys.
