Red Sox Suck!

That's what we were cheering last night at the baseball game. Movie night was cancelled because it was the last game of the series for the Red Sox/Orioles. I think someone special was pitching also, according to the boys. I didn't know what they were talking about. Go O's. The Orioles won 4-3. It was a really close game at the end. I was actually getting a little nervous. It was also free hat giveaway night, so I got a brand new O's hat. I don't really wear hats anymore, but it's nice to have if I ever need it. It's white with the Oriole bird mascot on the front.

After the game, we went to the bar and just had some beers. Good times, good times.

This morning I got up and watched the Amazing Race finale. I taped it because I knew I wasn't going to watch it last night. I'm so happy that the hippies won. They were "almost eliminated" the most, but I'm glad they came back and won in the end. The final challenge was to put 9 flags of the countries they visited in order. The frat boys didn't know the order or the flags of the countries that they needed, so they ended up coming in second place. I love that show so much. I can't wait until next season.

My birthday week is coming along quite nicely. I've been swimming and actually getting better at it. I race people in the other lanes although I always lose. I'm scared to do a flip turn at the end of the pool. HA!!HA!!

Tonight, I plan to swing by Home Depot and get some weed killer. There are a lot of weeds right next to my neighbor's fence on my side, and I want to kill them ALL. It looks bad. I hear that Roundup kills EVERYTHING, so I might just get that. Actually, I don't want to kill their grass along the fence, so maybe something a little less deadly will do. Other than that, I have no plans for tonight. I still might be able to find something going on in the city. We'll see. Have a great day, peeps.
