What a Waste of Time

My former employer didn't even show up for the hearing. So basically, I had the same exact conversation with a different unemployment representative that I did on June 1, 2006. He said he'll make a judgement and let me know. It will take 4 weeks he said. I'm so through with all of this. After today, I am officially divorcing myself from my previous employer. I hope the guy decides in my favor and they file an appeal. I won't be showing up.

I told him that I would like to present my annual evaluations as evidence. He basically laughed in my face saying that my personnel file had nothing to do with me creating a hostile environment. I told him that it shows that I am not a problem employee, and have worked there with no problems for almost three years. He said 'ok. I'll look at it.' I also presented a letter from my coworker who was in the bldg. and was never questioned. I also presented an email from my old boss saying she had no idea I was going to be fired, and the other lady's boss never talked to her about it either. My boss did say that maybe my temper got the best of me this time. That might work in favor or against me, but I thought it was necessary.

The moral is, I got dressed, took a shower and paid for parking. All for nothing. The End.
