Doh!

When we were in NY, I asked my mom if she wanted to go to one of the shows at the Hippodrome with me. I told her it was on a Tuesday night, but I had a spare ticket, so she could go if she wanted to. She said 'Sure, I'll go sometime.' Then she paused and said out of the blue 'Why don't you ask Ryan?' I said 'Huh? Um..I don't know if he would want to go.' I didn't look at her.

That was really random. Does mother know best?

I don't talk to my mom about relationship stuff. She met Ryan once when we did the Race for the Cure in Philadelphia. No one in my family knows that we hang out as much as we do. I was really dumbfounded when she said that.
