My Terra Moment

Today when I was coming home from work, a woman, a man and maybe 4 young kids in tow were about to cross the street. I was about 5 feet from the crosswalk, and this family was about 4 feet from the crosswalk. They walked out right in front of me (and my light was green). I looked at the woman, and pointed to the crosswalk. Then I REALLY looked at the woman. She looked like the black guy on Star Trek with that weird thing in the front of his head. Then I looked at her kids, and all of them had that weird thing on their heads. Why would you have more than one kid if you see it's going to look like a freak of nature? Then I thought, 'Oh..maybe that's why she's crossing in front of me. She hates the way she and her family look and she wanted to commit suicide in front of my car.'

She's lucky I was on my way to tutoring. I wouldn't have time to file a police report. Maybe she'll try it again tomorrow. I dare her.
