Weekend Recap
There is WAY too much to tell so I'll just have to summarize it.
What a crazy, wild party. About 20,000 people were in attendance, and probably about 10,000 bikes. The party was held at Indian Lookout Country Club, which covers 190 acres. Pretty much every acre was used. The rally is not bikes only, so there were cars, trucks, RV's, station wagons, motorcycles, etc..
They had one section full of vendors, but it was about 100 degrees when Ed and I were walking around. I couldn't take the heat, so I got an ice cream and went back to our campsite. We camped with about 50 people in a group and they had grills and all the food/beer you could want. It ruled.
One fun part was that we were sitting facing the road (you can see from the pictures), and we just watched people parade by the entire weekend. I think I saw more tits this weekend than I have seen in my entire life. And no..it wasn't just girls that were flashing. Guys were also. There were people riding around naked on their bikes with only a towel on the seet, and boots on their feet. I swear. hee hee. It was just fun. Everyone had a great time and it was really cool. I think I was the only black girl there. I saw maybe three-four black guys, but not one other black girl in the group. One old man came up to me with some girl and said 'I've been coming here since 1978 (or whenever it started), and I have never seen a black girl. Can I take a picture with you?' I said 'oh, that's the award I win? Sure.' I was an oddity I think. hee hee. Strange, huh?
After all the bickering with Ed about my towns, he ended up going. Thursday night we got into the gates and were just talking with some of the people in our campsite, and he said 'yeah, we're going riding tomorrow.' I practically choked on my hamburger. I asked him about him later and why he told the guy he was going, like it was no big deal, and he said 'we've only been talking about it all week. Of course I was going.' *BIG SIGH* I wish I knew that. I didn't even take my maps with me because I figured I would give in, and not go. I'm SO happy we got to go even though it turned into a really long ride. It was worth it though.
And..that's basically the recap. Next year, we'll actually check out the beer games and the rodeo. Perhaps I'll even walk to the rowdy area. I stayed where it was somewhat tame. (Can you believe that?!) HA!!HA!! Oh yeah, they had a strip show and one of the girls was pregnant. Thank goodness she kept her skirt on. Ed said he was just waiting to see an arm coming out. hee hee. He's nasty.
Pure, Unadulterated Debauchery
Here are some of my pictures from the Harley Rendezvous last weekend.
There is nudity, so if you're going to get fired for looking at them at work, check them out at home.
I'll have more time to write later on today. I think Page 2 has the ones of me at my AMA towns.

RIP Miss Ruby
I have sad news. Ed's dog, Ruby the Shih Tzu, was put to sleep on Friday afternoon sometime while we were away. His dad and his old roommate were alternating days that they would take the dogs out, and his dad let Ruby outside in the backyard. Ruby is in inside dog because she's a priss and hates walking on the grass, and walking period for that matter. Ed always carries her everywhere. Anyway, the dad let out the dogs, and Ruby snuck through the fence and ran away.
His roommate and his dad called me over the weekend, but there was no cell phone service and my phone ended up dying early Sunday morning anyway, so we didn't get the message until we got home.
Last night Ed walked around his neighborhood looking for her, and no one had seen her. This morning on his way to work he stopped at the SPCA (which is right around the corner), and they said that someone had brought her in, but she was crying a lot and in some sort of pain. She also had a huge, red right eye because of an infection she had gotten. I asked Ed about taking her to the vet for her eye the other day, but he said it was too expensive. We don't know if she got hit, but she was not a loud dog at all, so to hear her crying was probably painful. Because she was in bad shape, the vet recommended that they put her down.
I'll see if I have a picture of her tomorrow and maybe I'll post it. I cried a little when I thought about her, but she's 10 years old or so, so hopefully she has a better life on the other side. We'll miss you girl.
I Made it Back (1000+ Miles Later)
I'm back guys!!!
The weekend was great. I ended up going to three points on the AMA thing (more on that later). I went to Pownal, VT (it's pronounced, pow-nul). There's not much there at all. I also went to White Oaks, MA, and the only thing there was a church and a street sign (I have a picture in front of the church). The best part was that I went to Mt. Greylock, the highest point in MA, and it is awesome. Ed came along, and also Bigstick and Svetlana joined us. I'll put the pictures up tonight so you can check them out later. That trip was about 200 miles long and took us 8 hours to go that far. We got stuck in traffic, and then we got a little lost.
I'm tired, so I'll write more when I get my thoughts together. The party was crazy wild and tons of fun. It's going to be on my list for next year.

I'm Leaving In a Few Hours
I don't know if I ever told you guys about my friend 'Crazy Erin', but she's watching the bird (that would be Jemma) this weekend. Ed and I took her over there last night. Erin was excited for us to meet her newest boyfriend, and I was dreading it the whole ride over. Erin's the girl that falls in love with every single guy she goes out with and sleeps with them on the first date. That's totally her M.O. These guys are all freaks and just odd birds, but she "loves" them. They come and go every couple weeks, so you can understand why I didn't want to be bothered.
Well, this guy is normal, nice, cute, smart enough, and really into her. I'm SO happy for her. He has already moved in (after a month and 2 weeks), and they bought a car together, but he seems like it's a good match. They met on match.com. He's 35, she's 34, no kids, they both want kids, they both have never been married, and I'm not sure where he's born/raised, but he's a cool dude. We ended up staying longer than we should have, but that's a good sign, and I don't mind. Erin was telling me that she's ready to marry him. I think she honestly is, so it's fine by me.
Jemma was being bossy towards Phoebe, Erin's dog, but by the end of the evening, they were running around the yard together. I think they'll be ok.Phoebe is a few months old, and I think she looks up to Jemma. That sentence made me laugh because Jemma is no shining star to teach a puppy how to live/act. But, Phoebe doesn't mind. They're both black dogs and Jemma has curly hair and Phoebe is boxer/chocolate lab mix with straight hair. Phoebe has a big face and Jemma just has a pointy face. I'll get a picture on Sunday of the two of them.
The weather is cloudy, and sprinkling here and there. I just hope Ed doesn't get scared of the rain. We're leaaving after work, and will be gone until Sunday. Have a great weekend everybody, and I can't wait to share stories about the Rendezvous. Bye!!

Money Problems
I hate having to write about this all the time (not like I do it all the time, but when I first started my blog I talked about money), so I'll keep it brief.
Ed and I were having disagreements lately about going to my contest locations in VT or MA because he said 'I already paid for the party for the entire weekend, why would I want to leave the fairgrounds?' My answer is 'becuase it's someplace new and exciting and we're so close, why not?' You can tell who likes riding and who likes partying it up.
Now I realize that he is flat broke. Like flat, flat broke. He told me last night that he had to put some money from here into there, and do some shuffling for his checks to clear. That's not good.
Another thing that was his idea, was to put money in a "secret place" starting in January. If we saved 20 bucks a week, we'd have our vacation to Sturgis paid for. I have spare fun money, so I wasn't into it at all. When the time came to go to Sturgis, I just figured I'd take out some fun money and go on my way. But..I started contributing to the secret stash, and now the stash has really accumulated. The only problem is that Ed's been taking out of the secret stash, and I think he owes like 150 or maybe even 200 to the stash. I seriously don't look in there, so I have no idea what's there or what's not there.
It just makes me mad that he can't get his finances together. I'm cheap/frugal/whatever so I save my money for things I want. For example, I bought that purse the other day. It's not something I need, but every now and again I just want something new. A total impulse buy. These happen few and far between, but I'd rather have a rainy day fund than nothing. I think I would seriously kill myself if I had 0 dollars and 0 cents. That's enough venting for today.

Father's Day 2005
I actually did a good thing for my father yesterday. I went to visit him and my mom, gave presents that were above and beyond, and I had a nice dinner with the family. Ed and I stayed for a total of 4 hours. That's a long time for me. I usually stay for an hour at the most.
I gave my dad a copy of "Ray", and my sister bought him something that I'm supposed to contribute 20 bucks for, but I don't really know what it is. She wasn't there to give it to him. I also had Ed take two pictures of me and Daddy. My hair looked nice and I looked pretty nice, so I thought it was a good time to take a picture.
Dinner was supposed to start at 6, but my mom was running late, so we didn't actually eat until 8:30 or so. It was so late, but the food was good. We had cornish hens, collard greens, some pasta salad with shrimp (I'm allergic to shrimp, so I could only look at that), rice, biscuits, candied sweet potatoes, and fresh iced tea. Mmmm..I got to bring home leftovers, and I'm going to eat peach cobbler for my lunch dessert today.
The sad thing about yesterday is that it's obvious that my parents are finally getting older. My mom is having a surgery soon on her esophogus. She has a bunch of acid that won't go away, so if she eats too much, she has to yak. It's really disgusting, but there's not much she can do. We ate too late so she couldn't eat, but she had to keep running to the bathroom. She was pretty sneaky about it though. My dad wanted to show us how to work the DVD player and he was bent down on the ground, and it looked like he was having trouble getting back up. I told him not to get on the ground anymore. He laughed and said 'I try not to.' My dad is 66, and my mom is *cough64cough* 21. Until this year, I guess you would think they were maybe in their 50s because they're pretty cool, never have to go to the doctors, don't take pills and just seem like younger old people. I guess we all get older, and it's just time for them to start showing their age. It's weird.
Anyway, I was happy that none of my siblings were there because I got all the attention (ha ha). My sisters called and talked my dad's ear off. I have no idea what they were on the phone talking about for so long. My brother did stop by but it was for about 10 minutes. Just long enough to eat peach cobbler and give Daddy a card. I hope my dad enjoyed it as much as I did.

You Make the Call
I'm going on vacation next week starting Wednesday night until Sunday. I'm going to the Harley Rendezvous. I am so psyched to head up to NY for this party. I hear it's an awesome time and tons of fun. Check out the pictures. Can you see li'l ol' me at a party like that? Hells yeah! hee hee. I love them.
The plan is to leave work on Wednesday, go as far as we can before it gets dark (about 3 hours, maybe) and then finish the rest of the ride in the morning.
Here's where you come in. I know I've written a million times about the contest that I'm doing for the American Motorcyclist Association (AMA). It is 65 miles to White Oaks, MA from the party, and it is 62 miles to Pownal (how do you pronounce that?), VT. I can't decide which town I should go to, so I'm leaving it all up to you. Vote in my comments, and I'll take a picture of the town next weekend when I swing by. Thanks guys!
Oh, and if you're really bored, do a search on the town and let me know what's cool to see when I get there (if anything). That would rule. Laters.

I'm the new cgirl...
Not really, well, kind of, but not really.
I went out to lunch with engineer guy. That's the one that kind of likes me, I guess, but I think he likes all the girls, so it's nothing new. YB said that he's going to start calling me cgirl because I hang out with him.
I have to tell you guys that I didn't go with YB today for several reasons:
1)I rode to work today and YB doesn't have a helmet and I'm scared to ride a passenger if he did.
2)YB carpools to work, and I just wanted time away with one person. I didn't want to be bothered with making sure everyone is happy and keeping the conversation going. I know I don't have to do that, but that's how I feel on the group lunches sometimes.
3)Engineer guy doesn't have windows that work in his car (and it's averaging 90 degrees here, people), plus his car is a mess, and I didn't want anyone to have to suffer and sit in the back.
So we went to lunch and had a fine time. We both ate like pigs and on the way home I had to pee really bad. Not a funny site.
After we got back he invited me to the Orioles game. One of our former coworkers had tickets and invited him. I have gone with him and his friends once before and had a great time (it was against the Yankees). Ed is protesting the O's so if I want to go it's either by myself or with coworkers. I hope to go with YB in two weeks to see the Yankees. I can't wait.
I told Engineer guy that I wasn't able to go because Ed was coming over and we were going to put up my new mailbox and I was going to do some things around the house (yeah, right, but it's always a good reason to stay in.) Ed came over, we drank a beer each, and he checked his email. About 30 minutes after he comes over, he's like 'ok, I'll do the mailbox this weekend. I have to go check on the dogs.' Well, now it's 6:00 and I'm already bored out of my mind. I tell him 'Call me later. If I'm not around, I'll be at the O's game.' He says 'Oh, what girl has invited you to the O's game?' I said 'A girl with the same name as me. I'm paying for myself but my coworker invited me.' He said 'sigh, some things never change.' He smiled which was a good thing, but I think I have some problems.
It's sunny, 86 degrees, plenty of daylight and only 6:00. I want to go out and do things. I don't want to go riding because I can't go too far because it will be dark, and I don't want to be that far from home when it's dark on a weekday. I'm not a big fan of riding around aimlessly. I like to go places. That's why I ride. To go places, and do things. It's no fair that he thinks I'm going on "dates with boys" when I want to do something. Engineer guy is young, he has a lot of friends, and he does fun stuff. I would never hook up with him or anything like that, but I just want to go have fun with others.
In the end, the boys (engineer guy and friends) are sitting in Section 11. I would have to buy 7-8 dollar bleacher seats (section 200 or 300 or even worse than that) and try to sneak in their section. If that didn't work, I'd be sitting at the game by myself. I guess it's not so bad, but I would prefer to talk to people I know instead of random strangers. So..I'm not going. I guess I'll go downstairs and watch "Friday Night Lights." *sigh* What a waste of a Wednesday.
The Lion King
Parting is such sweet sorrow. Last night was the last show of this year's season at the Hippodrome. The show was "The Lion King" and it was absolutely outstanding. I don't even know all the big words to describe it, but it was excellent. I now know why people were wrapped around the building in order to buy tickets. I don't want to give anything away, but the singing and costumes were out of this world. I have never seen any costumes made the way these were made.
I guess people hear from their friends in NY that if 'The Lion King' gets to your city, you HAVE to go see it. I don't know how everyone knew it was going to be awesome. Oh..maybe they read the reviews in all the big newspapers. My mother was more excited about going than I was, but I'll call her today and tell her she is really in for a treat. For 250 bucks for two tickets she already knows she's in for a treat. The things I do for that woman (ha ha). I will tell her to take my dad too because I'm not sure if that is her intention, but he would love it.
You would think that it would be really difficult to make a cartoon into a play, but somehow, these actors/dancers/singers really pulled it off. I told Ed that I guess this week is our tribute to Africa week since we saw the Lion King and Hotel Rwanda in the same week. Ed loves when women wear headwraps. He's all about them for some reason. Maybe because it's something he could never do and look like a normal member of society. hee hee. (silly visual there) One part of the show has these women wearing white dresses, and fake birds on their headwrap and they have fake birds on their arms. They are moving their arms up and down so that it looks like the birds are flying. Ed whispered to me "that's what you should wear for a wedding dress." I said "oh, definitely, the bird veil would look o gorgeous ." Sometimes I think he's ridiculous. hee hee. It was a cool costume, but a costume. Enough wedding talk. Blech! He scares me when he says stuff like that.
I hope they don't screw up our tickets for next season. It seems it's hard to keep track of the seating for people in a million different cities, and a million different renewal times. I should work for the theater. If anyone's interested in finding out if a city near you has a theater, go to www.broadwayacrossamerica.com. It's money SO well spent.

Comments and Hotel Rwanda
OK..No one has comments right now except the old blogger ones. I don't know what's going on. Last night when I got home, I got online and I only had the blogger comments. I didn't remember messing with my template. I closed my computer and rebooted and then I had the haloscan comments. I hope this is only a temporary thing.
Today at the 9am meeting the guy asked me if I had the data from Friday's run. This time I smiled and said 'Yes, I have it' and that was it. What else can he say to me? Too funny. Jerks.
I watched "Hotel Rwanda" last night. That movie was quite touching. I had a mix of emotions. Of course, the French had to kill the Rwandans. Are they good for anything? Seriously? It seems that whenever they are involved, they screw up. I'd hate to be French in these times. If you haven't seen it, check it out. Also watch the features. Don Cheadle does a scene commentary. His voice sounds nice. He mentioned a wife though, unfortunately. I don't think he's cute, but his voice was pretty soothing. Check it out.

I'm shrinking!!!
I don't know if I said it last time, but I seriously feel like I'm going to have a nervous breakdown. I have so much internet surfing to do and so little time it's ridiculous. I love surfing the net though. I think it's just the work that interferes and that's when I get all frusstrated and flustered.
I was mean to everyone on Friday. The VP of our company asked how my test went. I quickly said 'fine' and rushed off. It was 3:40pm. I leave at 3:30. I got to work that morning at 6:30. I was not happy to still be at work and then the nerve of her to want to trap me in a conversation..I wasn't having it. I sent an email to all the big people saying I finished my studies, the main test would be done next Friday and I would look at the data next week. Then another boss guy emails me asking how things went and what the data looked like etc.. This is what I wrote to him-"I will look at the data next week." HA!!HA!! Then I sent it. I'm the worst. Today he was hounding me about it again. I don't know what else I can say.
I spent Saturday and Sunday with my Mom-mom. She's doing ok. She can see a bit more now, so hanging out with her was much better this time. Jemma went with me, so we chilled, and Jemma collected crumbs that Mom-mom dropped when she ate. I made salmon cakes and we watched some tv and talked. We went to the grocery store and Mom-mom is a whiz in the store. We only had to backtrack once and that was for candy. I snuck and put some cookies in the basket, but she said I could after the fact. hee hee.
We went to church on Sunday, and here's a list of my observations.
1) Brand new, red beach sandals really aren't appropriate (I honestly wasn't sure if we were going to church or not)
2) If you are a woman, and you have a mustache, please wax it.
3) Even worse than red beach sandals is an airbrushed tank top reading bling bling.
4) People are always taking change out of the offering. I don't know if I trust them.
5) Just because you have had two new babies with two baby mommas, doesn't mean you need to show up at my grandmother's church to have them blessed. That was bad.
6) This is top secret, but I noticed that a lot of the women with mustaches also had wigs. Go figure.
Ok. That was long and mean. I'm going to hell, but I prayed for all those people yesterday so I think I'm even steven.

Friday Randoms
I've been swamped at work ever since I came back on Tuesday.
CG sucks at his job and makes tons of mistakes. Of course, who has to fix them? I do. YB is out today, CG is getting married on Sunday, so he's out until the end of the month or so, and so I'm stuck doing his stupid projects. It's funny how I usually do a minimal amount of work always, but then when I really have to do something of consequence I get mad. Maybe it's because it's not MY project, and the projects I work on turn out ok. Who knows.
I bought another pair of those sandals. I bought purple this time. I'm obsessed. I usually buy one tshirt or one pair of pants that I like and then 10 years down the road I think "I wish I had bought more", so this time I did. YAY me.
I watched the movie "Rudy" last night. I cried. He is so cute, and it's such a great story. I want to be a Fighting Irishwoman. :) It's about football, so those that don't like sports, you probably wouldn't like it so much. C'mon football season.
Allright, I better get back to my project. Oh, and I'm wearing a tshirt today. That's not allowed at my work. I'm hoping they send me home so I don't have to finish this study. Do you think I'll be that lucky?

RAM Pictures
I am getting so good at downloading my pictures and loading them onto photobucket. One of these days, I'll be really hip to the technology scene. Just not quite yet.
Anyway, here are the pictures from the weekend. I don't have too many of bikes at the actual event, but one can only look at so many bikes all the time. Besides, these have me in it, so they're much better. :)

175,000 Dollars Raised
That's how much the bikers raised for the Ride Across Maryland this weekend. All the money went to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.
Saturday morning, Ed and I met up with some friends and a ton of others at Columbia Mall and had a police escort (about 45 miles) to the Bay Bridge. Once we got to the bridge, everyone was able to go their own way to Ocean City. It took us about 4 hours to get to the beach. The sky was overcast the entire time, but we didn't get rained on.
We stood in line, got our tshirt and pin, and then had a free dinner. After dinner we rode about 8 miles to Assateague Island, where there are wild horses and deer and seagulls just walking around. It was so cool to see them once you cross the Verrazano Bridge onto the island. The speed limits are 20 or less on the island because of all the wildlife. We set up camp and Ed fell asleep around 6. I stayed up and checked out the maps for the next morning's ride. I wore my new sandals in the water and it was cold. I have a picture of my feet in them, but I have to upload them when I get home.
Sunday morning I woke up at about 5 or 5:30, took a shower in the public shower place. It sounds scary but it wasn't bad at all. The water pressure was great, the hot water was hot, and they had curtains and stuff, so it was just like being at home except I wore my sandals, and there was lots of sand in the drain! hee hee. I did take my toothbrush and more stuff than I wrote on Saturday morning, but it was time to go so I had to be fast. Ed woke up, got ready and we headed to George Island Landing. That's one of the stops for my AMA contest this year. That's the southeast point of Maryland. There was absolutely nothing there (when I get the pics done, you'll see). Then we headed south to Chincoteague. It's a beach town community like Assateague except it's in VA. You have the wild horses running around also. We took pictures there, and headed back to the campsite and breakfast at the host hotel for the Ride Across MD.
On Sunday night we went to Ocean City and felt like old people compared to all the senior week kids down there. What a nightmare. Ed was saying that his kids will never go to senior week. I was depressed that I never got a Senior Week t-shirt when I was there for Senior Weekend (my mom wouldn't let me stay the whole week. Boooo.). I thought that I should buy one for 05, and just relive those days and then I thought better of it. hee hee.
Monday, we took Coastal Highway up through Delaware, got two more of my points for the contest, and headed home. What a fun weekend. The weather was awesome, the people on the ride were great, and the scenery, hanging out at the beach was just a really fun experience. I'll have my pics soon. I hope you guys are doing well.
Oh, I passed by some sign that said Quillen Farms or something like that, and I thought that's the way to write Quyen's name in Spanish. See..I think about you guys when I'm not at work too! I'm not sure if that's good or bad. :p

It's Friday, Yipee Ki-yi-yay!
I wish I had done my work this week. I have a paper due today that I've been working on a little over the course of the week, just not enough. The little boss is gone, my loud Friday coworker is gone, and now I have to sit here and finish up my paper. I hate today, but I am happy it's Friday.
I went to the mall last night to look around for some shoes. I hate shoe shopping. I might have to go back to Value City again. There were two pairs that were reasonable. We have to wear closed toes here, and I want something that's just comfortable and will last a long time. No, no easy spirits, but something similar. They didn't have my size in either pair. I guess I'll wear my one man band shoes until I feel like looking again. Shoe shopping is so depressing to me. I did end up buying a pair of hmmm...what color should I call these pants? Let's say, faded lobster (YB and Spacebrain helped with the color) corduroys. They're not red, they're not pink. It is a strange color. So, I had one success.
Oh I lied. I had two successes. After I was depressed about the shoes, I decided to get a new purse. I have a cheesy, fake Burberry that is actually kind of cute, but I'm getting tired of it. So, I was looking at the Coach section and then I remembered how I can't stand walking around with a purse with the label/brand so obvious (people compliment me all the time on that stupid Burberry and I hate it because the only reason they like it is because it's plaid and they think I spent a lot of money on it). I saw one Coach purse that was plain, but they only had beige and green. I almost got it, but it was some kind of suede or something, and that's not really durable enough for me, because I'm so carefree with my things. I ended up getting a 25 dollar Nine West purse with a lipstick holder (does anybody need this), and a cell phone holder (ditto). It's cute, but in addition to that, I made a last minute decision and got a really cute Dooney & Bourke square purse. It is black leather with cream stitching. Let me look for the picture. Here it is. I got it in black, and you don't have to go telling people how much I spent on it. No one needs to know. I'm not sure-do I take off that little duck tag or no? I don't know the etiquette. It looks kind of nice, but I have no idea.
I think I'm done shopping for another month. Should we place a wager to see how many rocks I can collect in the next month? hee hee.

I'm Funky Fresh
These are my new glasses.
I haven't gotten them just yet, but soon I will. I have to get the featherweights otherwise I'll look like Messy Marvin with coke bottles. Lucky for me, they are for my nightstand, so even if they do f*up the lens cutting, no one will ever know.
Beauty Advice Needed
Thank you.
HA!!HA!! Just kidding. I think I need Julia, but anyone is more than welcome to answer. My nose is peeling a little. I would like recommendations on a lotion/sunscreen. I don't wear make-up so I don't want that foundation with sunscreen, but just something light that I can put on my face and not break out and something not sticky and nasty like regular sunscreen. Does anyone know a good product? I'm going to the beach on Saturday, so I need something fast.

Quick Thoughts
I guess I better do some work today so I won't be around much. Here some quick notes.
1-Read the post below and check out the pictures. I need more practice taking them. As you can see, my camera bag strap was in the way.
2-Don't forget to change your toothbrush today. For those keeping up with my schedule it's been three months to the day. Soft bristles everybody, soft bristles.
3-Did I send you the link to my new glasses that I'm getting? I'll have to do that later if I didn't. They're MODO brand. I think that's fancy. I went to get my eyes checked yesterday. Considering I sleep in my contacts and never take them out my doc was really impressed with my eye health. I'll floss like a madman, but take out a contact. No way! hee hee. He gave me the new O2 optix contacts. They're made for sleeping but since I'll have glasses I won't have to worry about not seeing the person who's going to attack me.
4-Ed's brother works in a steel mill and a plate fell on his leg and broke it in three places yesterday. He's in good spirits and is supposed to start rehab today. I hope he can come home soon. I'll have to get a card for him and visit.
5-A guy is coming for an interview. I don't know how I'm supposed to be positive about this company. I hope he has a job now and doesn't need to work here. Oh, and someone else just put in their notice. I'll be vested in August. I hope I can stick around that long.
Rolling Thunder Pictures
Here are the pictures from Sunday.
I'm not keeping the album open for too long, so look quickly. :)
Oh, the pictures with the wreaths are from the WWII memorial. The bronze statue is from the Vietnam Vet Memorial. You all know the Washington Monument, right?
